DMT Electronic Personal Information Privacy Policy

DMT recognizes the valuable potential of technology to help people communicate with the companies whose web sites they visit-particularly through customer databases. Responsible use of the information you share with DMT is paramount. In order to help you understand the role technology plays in the collection and use of information you provide DMT, the following guidelines have been created.

What personal information does DMT collect?
In general, people can visit DMT web sites and access information while remaining anonymous and not revealing any personal information. At times, DMT will request information from you in order to provide you with relevant, desired information concerning products or services. Prior to collecting such information, DMT will explain the purpose for which the information will be used.

Unless we specifically disclose it to you at the time of collection, DMT does not provide any personally identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party. DMT's purpose for gathering the information is both to understand you better and also to make you aware of new products or offers in which you may be interested. At any time you provide us with information, you will be able to indicate whether you want to receive additional information from DMT.

DMT will not collect information from people who identify themselves as being under 18 years of age in areas of the web site which may be of interest to children. DMT encourages parents to take an active role in their children's use of the Internet. Several software packages are available to help parents actively manage their family's use. People under 18 years of age may request mailed or other information from DMT by having their parents submit the request.

How will DMT protect your personal information?
DMT will take appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us. Whenever you give DMT sensitive information (credit card numbers, for instance), DMT will take commercially reasonable steps to establish a secure connection with your web browser. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not retained for marketing purposes.
